Customer 'care'

Looks innocent enough doesn't she...

Well let me tell you - people at the ends of the phones that I have been using ever since I got here have been total idiots!!

It has been largely impossible to get them to cancel anything over the phone - even though they happily say 'Yes, that is all taken care of, a cancellation letter is in the post'

Next news - another monthly bill... the amount of time an effort to get these people to execute simple tasks is enormous and it is getting to me!

Vodafone, Halifax, Citibank - all victims of useless customer care agents - what do these people do all day??? I suspect they spend all of their time HERE which as you know I am all for, providing they perform their duties to an acceptable level - that is - do anything at all!!!

So, if you are a care agent and you read this, or you know of anyone who does that job - please tell them to speak to their work mates and get them to pull their finger out as they are driving the rest of us crazy!
