Playing possum

Just went out tonight to move Anitas car so we don't get a ticket for parking on the cleaning side of the street. (They clean each side of the street once a week over here and if you don't move ya car by 8am on the cleaning day expect a $50 ticket!)

So i walk down the back street to the back gate and thinks "now that's a big cat..."

It was a huge possum (good eating there for the Beverly Hillbillies - Jed Clampit would have gotten his gun I can tell you)

Now I know these things can bite - look at the teeth on the pic I found (no I did not have my camera - dammit) so I played possum and watched him go by - no idea what diseases that thing could have given me - rabies most likely - so parking the car up can be interesting round these parts...
