So I finally took the plunge and bought me this Hot Rod to cruise around in...
... then I woke up and it was all just a dream... sob...
But I did go the the 42nd annual Rod show in Pomona (about an hours drive on the 10 freeway) and saw some very nice cars there - talked to a guy who built his own from scratch - only took him 6 years!
So it's back to the lottery tickets then...
