Well sadly I had to cancel my NatWest accounts - shame really as I have been stringing the b*****ds along for the last 5 years with a few pennies in my un-used accounts just so they had to send my a statement every month :-)
I also escaped owing Oyster tavel cards 30p on my last trip on the tube :-)
