would have been the best thing I could have said to the homeless lady that accosted me whilst I was having a coffee on Wilshire Blvd the other day...
She was not all there I don't think and she was wandering around with no bra and her top up around her neck...
I was on the phone at the time (good excuse I hear you cry) so hopefully she got herself sorted out soon
