It's not just me (I know coz I've asked around) that has started to notice that Amazon has been getting increasingly crap over the last year or so.
Amazon is not only destroying the Amazon with its packaging policy:
now that is just plain stupid - no? (that is a mini DV head cleaning tape - size of a box of matches...)
but it is consistently failing to deliver items it claims to have in stock and it's deliver estimates are akin to Tube arrival times advertised on the overhead noticeboard - both jokes!
I have mostly ditched Amazon now and go instead to Borders for a book and anywhere local to buy something - the Amazon savings are not worth the long wait/poor communication fiascos that follow.
I know Amazon do not run the postal service - but check out the condition of this parcel!
Maybe that's why they use such HUGE boxes..?
